I purchased a house in the Fall of 2016. Jeff and Sue were undeniably helpful from the first open house to title signing. They offered to meet and show us multiple open houses prior to the busy weekends. My process took two houses until we were able to close the house of our dreams. Jeff was helpful with the entire process including filtering through the disclosures to working on the correct offer and counteroffer. Susan Kockos wonderfully navigated me through the selling of my house, something I'd never done before and had been mightily dreading. There were unique circumstances and complications and third parties involved. She handled them all with aplomb and warm, personal charm.
